Each customer, at time of signing, chooses whether to have a hard transfer limit enabled or not. If a customer exceeds his plan, he has the option of upgrading his plan to the next plan with NO over-usage fees. 3

Disclaimers:

  1. Money back guarantee for first 30 days is contingent upon customer not abusing services, i.e., grossly exceeding usage cap. 3

  2. Pro-rated refund is contingent upon customer not abusing services. Pro-rated refund starts at 75% of contract amount. (I.E., beyond 30 days of service, no refund greater than 75% of the entire amount will be issued.)

  3. Allowable exceeded transfer amount to qualify for grace is %20 of current bandwidth or 2 GB/mo - whichever is smaller.

  4. See the pricing schedules for a full overview of fees. Currently the only ‘extra’ fees charged are for: A) MYSQL database setup, one time charge. B) Additional 50MB of storage space, per-year charge. C) Additional 10 GB of transfer beyond 10 GB, per-year charge.

  5. Material deemed to be illegal will be grounds for immediate termination of service with forfeiture of any remaining funds. Illegal material includes, but is not limited to software or media in violation of copyright laws and sexually explicit material in violation of the law. 7

  6. There are no specific CPU usage limits. If a customer implements a script or process that is effectively broken, the script or process will be summarily deleted with notice to the offending customer to take more care with their coding. If a customer runs a site that demands a specific level of guaranteed CPU time above and beyond normal usage, implementation of a dedicated co-located server will be required.

  7. Content guarantee extends only to legal content, with the sole exception of Internet Relay Chat (IRC) activity. Absolutely no IRC servers, hosts, bots, or any other IRC related scripts, programs, or activity of any sort is allowed. Due to the anonymity provided by IRC and the plethora of unscrupulous activities that can be undertaken, this action is non-negotiable. Any deviation from this rule will result in instant termination of the account with no refund.

    Otherwise, previous disclaimer concerning illegal material applies in full. Specifically, JRS System Solutions will not deny or terminate service because of politics, sexual orientation, creed, religion or faith, or other lascivious nature. 5
